My user name is kevburst2, but my name is Kevin Doy Burton. Why did I join the FreeMasons? Well let me start out by saying this.My Lodge is the Independence Lodge #80. I work in the psychiatric field as a Psychiatric Technician.In that field you get to see mankind at their worst and all you can do is try and pull them out of the darkness they feel.I've been doing this for 13 years.
I met a Mason officer.His name is Terry.He's a Psychiactric Nurse.It do take a lot out of you trying to help others and Terry was doing such a good job at holding his composure while working with patients.I guess he feel the same way about me.I've heard bits and peaces about the charity work the Masons do through Terry.I figured that any organization that helps mankind become better is alright with me.
I decided to read about it and I was so satisfied that I had to ask Terry if he thought that if I was worthy enough could I join?
He said yes,so here I am.Thank you Terry and again God bless you all.
